RSVP Information and FAQ's!

  • The form will take less than a minute to fill out, so please do so when you have a moment! We realized that not all of our family members are computer-savvy, so if you could please help those members of your family RSVP, that would be appreciated!

What is the cost to attend the reunion?



  • $35 per person, $100 household maximum
    • This includes Saturday lunch, Saturday catered evening meal, and Sunday brunch, as well as to cover other gathering costs
    • Additional non-family guests (e.g., college age child brings a friend, etc) are separate from household maximum.

  • Groovy Grub food truck will be set up at the farm site on Friday night--pay on your own
  • Saturday morning golf scramble will be on your own to cover green fees/cart rental. Final cost for that will be updated as soon as we get a total from the course!
  • Bring cash/check to shop the Silent Auction! (see below for more info!)
  • Bring you own beverages for the weekend! Some water and coffee may be provided at times.

How do I pay?

  • Checks can be written out and mailed to:

  • Please pay when you are able, preferably before the reunion, but we do not want to cause financial hardship for anyone.

What if I am not 100% certain I am able to attend yet?
  • Please go ahead and fill out the registration form if there's a chance you'll be there! If something changes closer to the event, you can fill out the form again, or contact Amanda Caillier to update your RSVP.

What is the Silent Auction, and where will the money go?
  • Do you have a knack for canning, baking, writing, or drawing? Are you a seamstress or a knitter? Do you have an item that was made by an old relative, or an old photo that would be treasured by our family? Is there something unique you could bring from the area you are joining us from? We want to showcase talents of our family members, find treasures from years past, and have fun sharing them with everyone! Time to get creative!!
  • Please bring your Silent Auction items with you when you register at the reunion site, and they will be set out for everyone to browse and bid on throughout the day on Saturday! We will announce the winners on Saturday evening! Cash and check will be accepted.
  • Proceeds will go to offset reunion expenses

Will we be ordering t-shirts?
  • Yes!! Shirts are in the process of being designed, and a link will be provided soon so you are able to pre-order souvenir t-shirts, sweatshirts, youth shirts, etc! Shirts will be available for pickup when you come to register at the reunion site! Stay tuned for that information!
    • Shirts are not required to be purchased!

What if I am interested in making a donation to the Reunion fund?
  • We have been so fortunate to have received some wonderful donations to help keep costs down for everyone to be able to attend. If you are still interested in making a donation, please send to:

We are still in need of your family photos!
  • We are looking for family photos to go on our family tree display. Your immediate family, your parents, grandparents, etc. Please email any photos you may have by June 1st to: simonterwee3@gmail.com.
